An Extension Lecture Organized by Placement Cell

An Extension Lecture was organized by Placement Cell on “Graduation Dilemma and Examination Stress-Discussion and Solution” on 7.12.2022. Dr. Rajesh Verma, Assistant Professor, Psychology, F.G.M. Government College, Adampur delivered the keynote address. The objective of the lecture was to help the students tackle the stress at the time of examination and guide the students about different avenues available after graduation.
Honorable Principal Dr. Asha Saharan appreciated the efforts of Placement Cell to organize such relevant lectures and deliberated that in today’s era, students are facing stress at a very young age. Therefore, it is pertinent that such activities are organized from time to time to guide and help the students.
During his lecture, Honourable Chief Guest, Dr. Rajesh Verma explained the difference between stress and tension, shared valuable tips to handle examination stress, and used various multimedia sources to make the session interesting and entertaining. A total of 95 students attended the lecture. Students also shared their valuable feedback after the session.
