An Educational Trip Organized by Commerce Association

Commerce Subject Society entitled “Commerce Association” under the aegis of Department of Commerce organized an educational trip to Jaipur, Ajmer, Pushkar, Khatu Sham on 16.04.2023 and 17.04.2023 for the students of B.Com. final. A total of 40 students accompanied by 3 staff members began their journey with Jaipur. On first day, the students went for sightseeing and enriching their knowledge through the heritage sites -Amer Fort, Jaipur Art Gallary, Hawa Mahal, Birla Temple. During their stay at Jaipur, the students had a rendezvous with beauteous surroundings of the Pink City. Each place has its own historic value which was well explained to the students by the tour guide and finally to make the day memorable, students watched “Bholla” movie in Raj Mandir Theatre -a renowned theatre famous for its large size as well as opulent and meringue interiors. The Bhuramal Rajmal Surana group, a prominent Jaipur jewelry house, owns and operates the cinema. Next morning on 17th of April post breakfast, Students went Brahma Temple at Pushkar- a sacred Hindu site with 52 Ghats in Ajmer. It was a great spiritual experience for all. Students also enjoyed desert safari on camels. Students also visited the dargah of khwaja Moinuddin Chisti, also known as Ajmer Sharif Dargah or Ajmer Sharif. It consists of several white marble buildings arranged around 2 courtyards, including a massive gate donated by the Nizam of Hyderabad and the Akbari Mosque, built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. The visit to Pushkar, Ajmer Sharif and Khatu Sham was planned in order to experience religious diversity of Rajasthan.
