Presentations on the topic “Procedure of Company Formation” were given by the students of M.Com. final year from 4-8 December 2022. The main purpose of this activity is to make aware the students regarding the practical aspects of the company formation procedure. They go through all the formalities like how the public company and private company follow all the required steps for the formation and complete all the documents like prospectus, Article of Association, Memorandum of Association etc. A total of 56 Students participated in this activity with full of enthusiasm and learned a lot.
