Online Workshop on “Psychosocial Support during COVID Pandemic Situation” organized by NSS in collaboration with MGNCRE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, GoI.

National Service Scheme Cell of Government College for Women in collaboration with Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India, organized an online workshop on “Psychosocial Support during COVID Pandemic Situation” on 14.06.2021. This workshop aimed at enhancing the COVID helpers’ skills among students. The workshop was effectively conducted by Mr. Ajay, representative of MGNCRE. He told participants that in order to become COVID helpers there is a need to understand the feelings of COVID patients and their family members and empathize with them. College staff and students shared their experiences of CoronaVirus disease. This workshop motivated students to work as volunteers to help society during this pandemic.
