Placement Drive Organized by Placement Cell

A Placement Drive under the "Placement Cell" was organized by the Placement Cell and joint venture with both ICICI Bank and NIIT at the premises of Government College for Women, Hisar on 16.02.2023 and 17.02.2023. Students from various streams participated in this drive. Recruitment officer, Sumit Paul from Gurugram taught ‘How to Write Resume’ and to face the difficulties coming the way then registered interested students for the next level. Then instructor proceed to the next ‘self-introduction’ session of individual students by selecting them based on the written test (a tool to measure the capability of students). Who got selected and registered themselves in the drive got short-listed via acknowledgment e-mail received by students, and after shortlisting, they were sent to the next level to face online ‘One to One Interviews’. On 17.02.2023, an online interview was conducted for the selected girl students with Mumbai headquarter for the final stage. Students faced the interview very enthusiastically. Principal, Dr Eliza Kundu congratulated the Placement Cell for successfully organizing this event. Anita Taneja, Convenor of Placement Cell thanked everyone to make this program successful and complimented the students to face the interview with confidence, and encouraged them to take advantage of such type of opportunities. A total of 122 students of final year from various streams participated in the drive. 58 students were selected for the final round of interview and 40 students were selected for the ICICI bank and received the offer letter. Placement Cell members namely Mamta, Shalu Mohan and Manisha were present in the workshop.
