Two days Workshop on Food Preservation Organized by Home Science Department

Two days Workshop on Food Preservation was organized by Home Science Department on 26-27.02.2024. A Total of 35 students participated in this workshop. Dr. Anju Sehrawat and Dr. Ritu Sindhu, Assistant Professor, Centre of Food Science and Technology, CCSHAU, Hisar were resource persons. They told about importance and methods of food preservation and tips for it. The preserved products like Strawberry Jam, Apple Jam, Pineapple jam, Carrot preserve, Orange Squash, Pineapple Squash, Indian Gooseberry Pickle, and Chutni, Lemon Pickle, Tomato Katchup, Papaya Cheese, Guava Cheese were demonstrated by the resource persons.
