Seven-Day Art and Craft Workshop Organized by Women Cell, Home Science Department and EDC

A Seven-Day Art and Craft Workshop under the campaign of “Hunar Hai To Kadar Hai” was organized by Women Cell in collaboration with Home Science Department and EDC from 15.10.2022 to 21.10.2022. The objective of this workshop was to provide an opportunity for the students to draw out their creativity in the form of various artistic items. The trainer of this workshop was Dr. Rajesh Jangra and Dr. Geeta Jangra lecturer of fine art in school. On the first day of the workshop, trainers told about the meaning and the importance of art in life. How art can be the carrier of the students and they can earn their income through this. In this workshop, students were trained in canvas paintings and oil paintings. They were also trained in different activities that will be held in the youth festival function of the university. The objective of this is to make students competitive in these activities they were Mehandi, clay modeling, rangoli, poster making, collage making, on-the spot-painting, photography, cartooning, and installation. Maximum 60 students participated in this workshop.
