A one-day workshop on the “ Purchase Procedure Through GeM Portal" was Organized By IQAC Govt. College for Women Hisar on 21.08.2021. The keynote speaker of the workshop was Dr.Lalit Kumar, Senior Faculty member HIPA, Gurugram. The workshop was comprised of two sessions one was about the rules of PFR for general purchasing and the second session included the purchasing rules through GeM. The event started at 11:00 am in the conference room. Dr.Lalitkumar elaborated in detail all the rules with documents and the latest amendments in PFR. A total of 60 participants attended the workshop including non-teaching staff. The workshop was ended with verbal feedback, queries from all the participants, and a vote of thanks to Dr.Lalit Kumar.
